Well, FSU doing a lot of bellyaching and it looks like they'll get a chance to prove something on the field. Georgia in the Orange Bowl is basically the CFP matchup they would have gotten HAD the Dawgs beaten Bama.


Iowa and the Citrus Bowl is a pretty good bowl for us, better than expected and maybe our defense will look good against one of the worst offenses in all of college football.

Memphis fans are thrilled. They love staying home. Plus, the Liberty is better than most AAC bowls, so it’s considered a win in their eyes.

They also played in the Liberty bowl 6 years ago against 6-6 Iowa St and lost. Lol

Prob be a 11AM kickoff, low scoring affair.

Fsu playing for a title vs being snubbed and being told their season didn't matter shows up in 2 different teams.

I can hardly imagine FSU has any care for football again this year. What a ripoff.

It’s Bull too. It has Alabama ahead of Texas. Head to Head means nothing to it either.

The head to head matters but so does the rest of the schedule. If Texas and BAMA's schedules were as similar as ours and BAMA's was last year then you break that with a head to head but it's not. Texas played a soft schedule and has a good win with a bad loss.

Unpopular opinion: while I don't believe it was the right thing to leave FSU out, I'm glad the playoff will be more competitive. Michigan would have won by 50 against FSU without their qb, and now the cheater Harbaugh doesn't get a free warmup game on his way to the final.

Total BS. FSU is every bit as good or Better than Iowa on Defense and absolutely better on Offense with their #2 QB that would
have a month to get ready.
