I swear, if Auburn just uses some common sense and doesn't play prevent against the Bammers, by just rushing TWO against the Bammers, then Bama loses last week, and this whole debating, etc. is a mute point. Remember, Auburn lost to New Mexico State the week before playing Bama, 31-10, and had the Bammers on the ropes. FSU is 13-0, they deserve and have earned the right to be in the CFP. It should be Michigan, Washington, FSU, and Texas.

God I hope committee values head to head and puts Texas in over bama
The Bama team that lost to Texas isn’t going to make the playoff. Fortunately, Joe Tessitore has discovered that there is actually a second Bama team, and that Bama team didn’t lose to Texas because it is an entirely different team. And that completely different, definitely not the same, Bama team has a playoff resume.

It just has that feeling bama will be in over texas. Hopefully not.

I’ll be at the titans game so I won’t know until 3 or so after all y’all have raised hell

I want to see Saban lose his mind when he gets left out after winning the SEC because he lost to Texas. I'm positive he's convinced they're in after winning the SEC. He will lose his **** if they're not, and I'M HERE FOR ALL THAT!

Hope it sends him into a complete tailspin that leads to him retiring. It’s way past time to get the evil elf out of college football.

Assuming FSU and Michigan hold on, here’s my top 4:

1) Washington
2) Michigan
3) FSU
4) Texas

I don’t see how you leave 13-0 FSU out of the playoff based on their body of work, and I don’t see how you put Georgia or Alabama in over Texas. Texas is a P5 conference champ, something Georgia isn’t, and Texas beat Alabama handily when the two played earlier this season.

The committee’s job is to put the best top 4 teams in the playoffs. Do you honestly think that’s a top 4 team currently? I’d be willing to bet that Michigan and/or Washington are begging the committee to play FSU, rather than Texas, Bama, or Georgia.

This is the year for 12 teams……BUT since it’s not and you have three power 5 undefeated teams they have to be in.

It simply leaves three 12-1 teams and two are conference champs that played each other with one winning by 10 on the road.

Anything other than Texas over Bama and UGA will be incorrect.

I could see them however putting UGA in over both of them and only dropping them to 4th.

Not been keeping up, but isn't it presumptuous that UGA won't get in?
They got the short end of the stick. You can’t keep them ahead of Bama and you can’t leapfrog Bama from #8 to #4 when one of those teams is Texas (who beat Bama by 10 @ Bama) and the other is FSU (an undefeated P5 conference champ who’s 3-0 vs top 25).
