With Michigan up 17-0 and if FSU holds on to win, it will most likely be 1. Michigan, 2. Washington, 3. FSU, 4. Texas... One thing younger fans need to remember, FSU has been a traditional power since the early 1980s, so I would be surprised if they were left out of the playoff after going undefeated. Michigan has been a power forever, yes, they are cheaters, but they are not going to be left out, too big of a name. Washington undefeated and Texas, big time name, tradition, etc.. and, most importantly, they beat the Bammers in Tuscaloosa. Seems pretty simple to me. If FSU loses, then the Bammers will get in, along with Texas, and it will be Texas 3, Bama 4. Just my thoughts...

I agree. Bobby Bowden is rolling over in his grave at the disrespect towards FSU. If it was an undefeated Clemson, I guarantee the media narrative would be totally different.


And the fact Texas beat alabama IN TUSCALOOSA can not be stressed enough.

They are not gonna leave out an undefeated P5 conference champion. That would set an extremely ugly precedent but I guess with the expansion next year they feel like they just have a mulligan to screw up this decision.
