Well, was going to turn on the game, but dropped here first and seen the comments and seen the score. Think I’ll just watch Christmas movies with the family. GBO🍊for what it’s worth.

This is absolutely pathetic and embarrassing. We might as well just exit the arena at halftime and get on the bus, because we aren’t interested in playing. Either that or we are the most overrated team in the history of the game! It disgusts me to watch this crap!

Get it to 10 by 10:00 mark. 5 by 5:00 then see what we can do. I have no faith this will happen but I like to set goals in my head to see if they get close to them.

You hit the nail on the head with "no plan". Urgency is not gonna happen without a plan. This team is completely uncoached on the offensive end

The Vols have no “true big” unless Awaka develops into that. Teams with good bigs (Purdue / Kansas / UNC) will be a matchup problem all year.

Gainey was at USC Upstate for a reason - when he’s hot . . . It will be great. Thus far he has shot us out of games to a certain extent. Knecht is a good offensive player . . . And it ends there. The others are known quantities (Vescovi / JJJ / ZZ). This is a decent team but a flawed team. Maybe a sweet 16 team depending on seeding and matchups. Maybe. I think the Vols are a lot better home team (as most teams are) . . . And better than they have played tonight.

Will agree on Ledlum. Needed that extra presence that he brought, never got on board with the bashing the guy for transferring. We are playing small and scared.

It’s typically wise to not judge a basketball team on their worst night (I pray this is ours). We found some offensive rhythm, this has been the perfect bad fusion of poor defensive effort and UNC being otherworldly hot. I certainly am not encouraged by tonight but also won’t say this team is incapable of putting things together for conference play. The pieces are there.

This team isn't the final product. This is the most turnover on the roster we've seen in a bit with Knecht/Gainey playing significant roles. Throwing them away in November is beyond silly.

I don’t disagree and you make good points. But UNC hasn’t done anything spectacular in their game, we’ve just not played ANY defense against them. In fact, we’ve left their guys open all night and let them own the paint from the tip without any fight.

Ledlum is shooting 38% from the floor and averaging 9 a night for a very below average SJ teams. Some of you really tell on yourselves with these takes.

I'm definitely not a captain of industry like some of the posters on the B Ball forum but it seems like there would be some adjustments made in trying to create some offense when they continue to prove time and again they can't shoot from the outside.

Running a motion offense with little motion and lots of pull up jumpers early going.
