Well my very strong opinion is that if we move on from Heupel now because he’s just an “8-win coach” we will take three or for more hires before we get another coach who can consistently win us 8 or more games per year.

There is so much evidence to support my position in Tennessee’s recent history and at other big names schools with storied histories.

Let's see how many do. I would say 15ish. There are still over a hundred who did not do either who want to go. I am sure that there are some fans on here like you who don't care. If it’s so easy to hire coaches who can win you more than 8 games, why is the Texas A&M job open every five or six years? Why hasn’t Nebraska gone to a bowl game since 2017? Why has Florida been floundering?
