She even tweeted on social media after the incident...
...not appropriate to state what the quote said..good grief...

Then that’s sad. Bates I understand. But Jaren? You can’t convince me a former Vandy commit with a weak offer list is nothing more than a fall back option. I mean the guy is the 92nd ranked CB. He is 36th in the state. He runs a 4.6. I mean come on. Are we seriously hurting this bad in CB recruiting? We need to use this guys spot on a portal CB.
You don’t understand because you treat recruiting rankings like they’re science. Tennessee beat out East Carolina and Charlotte for Emmanuel Moseley. He’s currently a San Francisco 49er.

Then again, if Sensabaugh makes the NFL, that won’t convince you that he’s any good…because all you care about is how he’s ranked as a recruit and that he was once committed to Vandy.

You’re not qualified to evaluate CBs. Just admit it and move on.

Thanks for posting this. That's 14 gone for sure, but we have 20 incoming recruits, plus however many transfers Heupel brings in. So 6 more plus X transfers still to go.
Opinion:

I think they’ll try to get pili back on a medical waiver. Tell Lampley, Burrell, Davis, Garland see ya. Campbell and Thomas will go pro. Charles, Rucker, ball, Johnson III, and a couple others that I’m not aware are currently on scholarship, will transfer. We bring in a couple more commits for 24 class, and a handful of transfers (5ish) and hopefully we get first dibs instead of taking it slow and getting players that are 50/50 on whether they can actually start for us or not.

DaRon Bland wasn’t ranked by any recruiting service. He went to Sacramento State. He’s the best CB in the NFL this season and just set the record for Pick 6’s.

Sauce Gardner was ranked the 1605 player in the 2019 class by 247 composite. The 154 CB. So he went to Cincinnati. He’s now a top 2-3 CB in the NFL.

Aqib Talib was a 2* recruit and the 979th overall player by 247 composite. 74th CB. So he went with his best offer…lowly Kansas. Likely future HOFer.

Derrelle Revis was the 460th overall recruit, 37th CB, and a 3*. He went to homestate Pitt, his best offer.

So obviously, Sensabaugh can’t possibly be any good because his best offers are Tennessee, NC State, Missouri, and Vanderbilt, and he’s a 3* recruit.

Good thing Tennessee didn’t steal those recruits from Sacramento State, Cincinnati, Kansas, and Pitt. Because those are NOT the level of schools we’re supposed to recruit against.

And before you say, “exceptions don’t disprove the rule,” spare me. I’m not saying they’re the rule. Because there is no “rule.” Which is patently obvious by the fact that these players exist.
