Seems like scoring is still our basketball team's weakness even with Knecht and Gainey.

Yes when you're constantly stopped in lane and can't find shots.

Majority of our possessions were literally pushed back to taking a deep 3. That's not the plan, that's what we've been stuck with.

Ice cold were running everything for the three with nothing underneath for rebounding, that's losing basketball. Desperation.

This was an NCAA tournament setup. This team is going to have to improve a lot to make a deep run.

Hopefully ZZ will hit his stride and done of the others will mesh. We're just too streaky.

They'll be better in 4 months because of these two games. You wanna learn what you need to get better at? I think we gotta a clinic on that. And we do not suck.

Our shooters got hit shots, our offense still needs work. Looks like we still need more guys that can actually shoot the ball. Our big guys had 2 tough test but we have to continue to get better inside as well. We had zero inside game against Kansas and nobody could hit good looks outside. GBO

Good to see Vescovi get his stroke back. Really showed up today. Knecht has gotten a taste of big league basketball this week, he will respond imo.

We were the 4th best team in this tourney and finished 4th.

It ain't the refs fault today.

Looks like any team with a dominant big man, or just more than one big man, will have an edge on us. Dickinson with 17 pts and 20 rebounds, Edey with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Hope we aren’t soft in the paint. I hate being 3 ball dependent. Sec might not be too kind to us.

It is but this is the record I expected to have at this point. Think our next game is a loss as well but then we'll win the rest of our out of conference games

We need a big like Dickinson and have for years. It’s been a weakness of Barnes recruiting. We have no offensive output from our bigs.

He was the most important player on the court for us today.

He shut down their triple-double point guard. Very proud of his defense.

He will get out of his scoring slump.
