It’s based largely on what LA vol and some others have said on here, which seems to confirm what I and others see play out on the field. Looks like I’m far from the only one making these assumptions too. Admittedly, that is all I’m going on, but seems there is some merit to it.You believe that, without evidence.
CJH knows his choices, right or wrong.
He isn't a child or ignorant of his decisions. He decided this was the way to maximize wins.
Fans just always want to assume things aren't really that bad/fair and the backup would have taken them to 10 winsand then folks saw the backups to JG

Thanks for the lecture, I might try to keep it in mind when posting going forward. I thought I was careful to used words like COULD and CAN, and was definitely not doing anything foolish like calling for Huepel’s job as I think he’s doing very well. If it is necessary due to circumstances this particular season in order to maintain things such as roster, locker room, etc that the public isn’t privy to, then I completely understand. However, if blind loyalty to experience is your philosophy going forward, it can get you beat in highly competitive arenas such as sports or business.
And if the backups truly aren’t better than than what we are seeing on the field at some spots - particularly in defensive back 7 - then maybe that brings up some valid criticism of this staff’s evaluations and recruiting.
