Did the refs not whistle the play dead after said “fumble” (as if it were an incomplete pass) ? How does that impact the fact that the offense would have had no concern or effort to recover the fumble?

Yep ... you got it. We need better QB play to improve on an 8-4 record. There probably are a few teams in the past that have excelled with average QB play but it's my observation that gifted QB's are required for great records.

Yep.........we just didnt come to play today...........way we're playing we absolutely deserved this L. We lost this game, Mizzou did not beat us.

No. Mizzou whipped us all over the field. They wanted it more. Biggest disappointment is that we didn't offer much fight in this second half.
