I don't understand the announcer calling that an NFL throw. It wasn't awful but the ball was so far out of bounds that the receiver had to reach a yard out of bounds to get hands on it. Like a lot of these throws - not in the wrong place, but also not in the "right" place. Eh. Whatever.

Something has to change back there. Yes, it's hard if the pass rush doesn't get home, but I've seen too much to say it's talent. DBs are there, they just don't make plays.....a lot of that strikes me as coaching.
