Same **** different day, holds everywhere to stop/slow our effective pass rush... not called on us, where as creative crap everywher to call crap against us.

But one sequence was so odd and puzzling that Tennessee coach Josh Heupel dryly admitted he hadn’t seen it happen in a long time.

With Tennessee facing fourth-and-one at Florida’s 17-yard line in the third quarter, the Vols attempted to go fast and catch Florida’s defense unsettled. But the officials ran to the ball and stopped Tennessee from snapping the ball.

This typically happens when the offense is substituting and the officials must allocate time for the defense to substitute with them. Only Tennessee didn’t substitute. The official just kicked the ball which made them take time to re-spot it.

During that time, Florida ran its big defensive line package on the field while Tennessee waited for the official to move so they could snap it.

I thought Joe had a good game. It wasn’t perfect but he did enough for us to win. He can’t complete balls to Guys if their arms are being held or just being held.

Our play calls in the second half on offense was bad. The third qtr is as bad as I’ve seen all year.

When a team only gets 1 penalty the whole game they’re going to be hard to beat.

No the officials were terrible tonight.
No one has said otherwise.
But the officials didn't cause JM to fumble. And they didn't whiff on tackles either.
You simply don't shut up about how bad the refs are.
EVER.

I get it.
I don't go in expecting perfection from them.
I don't expect to see a hidef video review from 10 angles and expect every call to be perfect.
I've said it before, and I'm serious: just let drones call the games if people expect perfection (not directed against you personally).
Tonight the officials were terrible, and this was a bad loss.

Dobbs is still my favorite, but Hooker was damn close, and maybe a better QB, Dobbs was just next level people. Love that guy......no homo. There's some players that are my favorite as much for off the field as on. Their just damned "good" people. Tee and Clausen are in the catagory too. Though Clausen started rough in that catagory (Cali kid days when he first walked on campus he was an ass) he matured fast though, took criticism to heart, and became a better guy, worked hard....he's now just an awesome guy. I still think there is something to be said for an athletes ability to stand for the kind of morals, class, and intelligence you want at your University. If a player is 5 star stud.....but act like a thug (Cam), or narcisstic A-hole I still hate em.
