I like Joe and honestly I think he does some good things. But I think the problem is he doesn’t process the game quick enough and he doesn’t react on the run like Hooker did. This offense works best when you have a dual threat quarterback.

Agree, he's a 1/2 to a second late, and at this level it's huge. I haven't seen him throw anyone open much either. He's not a runner, and he'll drop on contact.
