They clearly whiffed on year 1+2 in oline recruiting and didn’t hit the portal seriously. Put Nico in and that dline will end his career.

I like Joe and honestly I think he does some good things. But I think the problem is he doesn’t process the game quick enough and he doesn’t react on the run like Hooker did. This offense works best when you have a dual threat quarterback.

A smart offensive player that isn’t emotional like fans (understandably) and sees how good this run game is and that receivers are mostly (not always) getting open but just drop the pass or the ball is thrown behind them.

It’s a talent issue. Not scheme. QB sucks so we are clearly playing vanilla as hell because it’s all we can do.

Joe is a one read QB… it’s pretty clear from that last play.

This... once the ball is snapped he wants to target one person. That doesn't mean our receivers never get open. He just doesn't look elsewhere
