Watching Mizzou v LSU compared to OU v Texas is starkly different. Not just in video quality but also because of this officiating. They aren't interjecting themselves and affecting the game.

When you are playing on the road and the refs are against you, you can’t miss chip shot field goals. Can’t beat yourself in any way. Force the other team and the refs beat you. LSU has had multiple instances of not getting out of its own way in this one. If that doesn’t change immediately, Mizzou is going to move to 6-0.

The thing that concerns me with Missouri is that they benefited from a sorry schedule in its first five games. They were feeling pretty good about themselves coming into this one. If they hold on and win this one, they will be feeling super confident going forward. They are pretty average, but a pretty average team that plays with supreme confidence can beat anybody at home. Our game against them won’t be a gimme like we thought it would be a few weeks ago.

It is stupid. No amount of explaining can change that. At worst you're forced into a 2nd 2pt conversion if the first one fails. Depending on how the game feels, you may want the XP and overtime or possibly go for 2 & the win. They made the decision for 2 too early. It's the same as kicking an onside kick to open the game or after halftime, when you dont need to. Reminds me of Butch trying to explain the chart. . .

You can be mad all you want that it is not transitional. But it is 100% correct. Math and game theory are not opinions. Poker players understand is really well. Don't be results oriented. Choose the option that is +EV and you win the most in the long run.
