They aren't very good. . . it'll either be a barn burner or they wont get to 45pts total.

MTSU passes a lot, even though they are terrible at it. I thought about betting, but I've convinced myself to sit this one out.

Nirvana killed metal but then Kurt killed himself and rock hasn't been the same since then. It's a shame too because 'classic rock' now sells the same albums over and over and over every year and encompasses a zillion old styles from alt and prog to acid but not much new is being added. The market is there for a rock n'roll band if anyone has the talent and gumption. In fact, it's starving for new content.

When either a band, producer, or both figure out that the genre market is still there and demand is still there but there's no product but old product to sell they're going to make a fortune. People are dying for anything that fits into that very broad category.

I honestly miss the variety we had in the 90s and early 00s. Now it's hip hop or country or old stuff you've listened to a billion times before.

GNR wasn't hair metal IMO, much more substance.
Poison was all but dead as was Crue. Metallica reinvented themselves multiple times and we're enough of a name to crossover into new audiences.

Baseball can be cruel. Watching Jays-Twins. Jays had bases full, with 1 out, down 2-0. Guys hits a screaming line drive that was inches foul - would have cleared the bases. Next pitch he hits into a double play. Ouch. Jays on verge of elimination.

Agreed 100%!

There’s an alternate universe in which people ignore college football because many games are lopsided blowouts and only 2 or 3 teams have the talent to win it all in any give year - and those teams can be identified 10 months in advance.

Don’t get me wrong - I enjoy college football! But I can understand people who don’t…
