I have been watching them demo this building. I was shocked they did not close the street as they got to that part.

I was at lunch across the street and heard concrete falling. When I was walking home I couldn’t believe what they did. I saw the slabs leaning not long before they fell.

Stop drop and roll

She'll take care of them. 😎

btw, we haven't heard much about Middle Bit. How's she doing? Is she still commuting from home? If so, I hope her parking sitchyashun is a lot better than mine.

They're gone now. I know everyone will think coincidence, but I got out, and they left. They knew 🤣🤣.
On the college kid, yes, she's still driving, and working back over here at Taco Bell after classes. She didn't want to leave the nursing home, but said she didn't want that stress (long hard hours) while focusing on school. I think we talked her into staying on campus next semester. She didn't want to leave Tiffany, but I told her she's going to get burned out. She's on the waiting list, hopefully she can get in by next semester. She's liking it so far, especially the lab stuff they're already doing. Not a fan of pre Cal, but she said the whole class hates it 🤣

Joy in communal misery! (pre-calc)

I would hope that Tiffany will be in LA by next semester, including the post-transplant 3 months - maybe Middle Bit should see if this could help her chances for housing next semester? I don't like people gaming the system, but you guys have a seriously unique situation going on there, and I think the university ought to take it into account. JMO IMO FWIW YMMV BBQ

Good luck with whatever happens! Good for her for letting go of the nursing home work. Her real job now is education. Serving people who need help will come when she has her nursing degree.

I never made less than a 92 on any calculus exam or assignment. That was in the ‘70s. You ask me to solve a multi variable or derivative equation today, and I’ll respond with, “Can corn be used as slug bait?”

I was once in an advanced math class at my old magnet school. My fellow classmates include, a well known and famous mathimatician, a ceo of a large Medical DMG provider that is a multimillionaire, an owner of a sccessful computer company in Atlanta dunno if he is a millionaire but I think he is, a professor, and then there's me...... :D Don't give me no Analytical Geometry questions and I still hate the whole concept of "i" (square root of -1). But once upon a time I understood that chit. That class kinda sucked in that the teacher graded on a curve, and we had like 5-6 genuine genius prodigy types. There were only like 10 of us or less in the class. In any othermath class at my school I would have made straight A's but I barely could keep up.

I shouldn't complain because it's free, but I do not like this new update whatsoever. I've decided that it may be Freaks plan to weed out some dipchittery without saying anything.

I just randomly remembered I found a lottery ticket a few weeks ago. Idk much about them, it's a scratch off, but I stuck it in a drawer to "look at later". It seemed like a winner, maybe not🤣. Hopefully I remember when my cookies get done to check it out.

Why would you not check it while your cookies are cooking? Do you have to incubate them or something?

Cause Tiffany was walking with her friend, and she was going to fuss about my sugar cookies 🤣. Had to get some eaten before she got back inside 👀.

I swear it's like a winner, but there's no way it's legit, or had to be cashed already.
