no no no no no - my 42 yr old daughter is dating a 27 year old! She has a daughter that’s 13! My g-daughter isn’t dating the 27 yr old! 🙀

Ok….didn’t know if you were referring to just stolen bases or hitting as well…. I do hope stolen bases keep making a come back…. One of my favorite part of the games.

I love the run game. Most exciting aspect of Baseball imo.

Today’s rules would impact his running more than hitting though for sure.

Rickey loved to swing too though. I’d bet he would have embraced launch angle (not a rule in today’s game, just a part of today’s game).

I know it sounds and is sorta double standardish but a guy that’s 42 dating a gal that‘s 27 doesn’t bother me nearly as much as a gal that’s 42 (my daughter) dating a guy that‘s 27…

Even though the numbers are different, I know something about this. My daughter-in-law is 10 years older than my son and used to work for me. (That’s where she met him when he volunteered to help me, I had no clue). When William finally came clean on both, I had to take a huge step back. Not going into the backstory here, but I kept a close eye and didn’t say anything. I always prayed that G_D would let him be happy and for me to support him. G_D answered that prayer. I have two beautiful grandchildren. I know two totally different scenarios, but I know somewhat how you feel.

Ya, 42-27 is approaching appropriate. I'm skeptical of course just like SB, but it's not necessarily a no brainer bad idea.

I agree, I just know she’s scrambling and trying to wrap her head around it. There’s no wriggling room and I never said 42 verses 27 is a good idea. I only had a ear and shoulder for her.
