Sure they have. And they obviously have lingering animosity that was likely well deserved where they took advantage of labor agreements. But since 1980, workers in general have not had their wages keep up with inflation. I say "in general" because I'm sure most people will counter with anecdotal sectors that have kept pace with inflation since then or post some stat that counters my narrative because they are using govtI don’t know the details. If you want to say that the pendulum may have swung too far in the favor of labor in the 1970s which in turn caused the outsourcing phase of the 1980s/1990s, then we can have a conversation and likely agree. But the pendulum has swung too far in the opposite direction now and we need more people to the right of center to acknowledge that.
