She & Biden's "domestic policies" are the reason for the situation that most folks are in. I guess she still wants to blame Trump for all their failures after 2 & a half years of being in charge. She's bitching about people not being able to afford a little $400 surprise expense is rich.

Sure they have. And they obviously have lingering animosity that was likely well deserved where they took advantage of labor agreements. But since 1980, workers in general have not had their wages keep up with inflation. I say "in general" because I'm sure most people will counter with anecdotal sectors that have kept pace with inflation since then or post some stat that counters my narrative because they are using govt calculated manipulated inflation statistics. True inflation hasn't been calculated in this country since the early 1990s.

If you want to say that the pendulum may have swung too far in the favor of labor in the 1970s which in turn caused the outsourcing phase of the 1980s/1990s, then we can have a conversation and likely agree. But the pendulum has swung too far in the opposite direction now and we need more people to the right of center to acknowledge that.

No argument here. I just know that UPS isn’t just going to “eat” the additional costs and the eventual fallout won’t be positive. It’s difficult to say what the fix is. Personally I’ll say cuts need to be made from the top in either positions and/or salaries and distributed appropriately but that is unlikely to happen.
