2024 Presidential Race

Which is the more apt description of this forum?

Is it a Republican circle jerk or an echo chamber? You clowns assert ridiculous falsehoods to each other, which are always accepted as being established facts, and then you take the falsehood and run for daylight with it.

Joe Biden?

Not at all. But even him mentioning Michelle Obama is nothing short of pandering.
He didn't mention her name as a possibility for the Supreme Court. Now, back in 2020, Biden did say that he would consider her as a potential running mate in 2020 ... but there hasn't been anything said about her potentially filling a Supreme Court vacancy. It was a right-wing nut who tweeted that ... and of course, it ended up here.

The divide in this country is bigger than most think and the country is already in a legal, paper, media and political Civil Wars. Will violence follow? IMO, the side that loses of which both will lose in some fashion or the other, will resort to violence in an attempt to level the playing field. Most of what we are seeing is pregame talk. The difference is that our next door neighbor may soon be our enemy and that there is no geographical boundaries like what existed in the 1860s
If Trump somehow wins the violence we saw previously and what was planned in 2020 will be considered child’s play. Cities will definitely burn.

Trump supporters were more violent on January 6, 2021, in response to his defeat ... than his opposition was in response to his victory in 2016.

This does not demonstrate a scintilla of self-awareness. It does demonstrate hypocrisy. You have never done anything but excuse and downplay the January 6th breach of the Capitol, even in the face of what can easily be seen on video. Hell, you don't even watch the videos. It's not political violence that bothers you. You were fine with it, as long as it was Trump supporters who were doing the violence.

Your first statement is completely untrue. There was violence in many cities for days after Trump win, you’ve just forgotten and, naturally, it didn’t get near the attention of the dreaded 1/6, which has been said is worse than 9/11. What a ridiculous statement that is.

As far as the rest of your assumption-filled babble, have you watched the videos? Like say, the one where horned dude was escorted around? Yet that guy spent months in jail. Sure some folks were violent and I’m fine with punishing those folks. Have at it. As usual for both sides, it has been blown way out of proportion though. You calling anyone a hypocrite is rich BB. Hilariously so. I am proud of you for using the word scintilla though. Your daily dictionary reading is paying off!

So what's the violence going to be if he loses? I know you said somehow but do both instead of handpicking your answer. What is the violence going to be on the 3rd or 4th Indictments? What is the Violence on Convictions of Trump? Trump and others have speculated. I seem to think people will just not care. I don't think we will have much violence if Trump loses or is convicted? Trump has run out of excuses for losing.

I really don’t think there will be much, if any, violence if Trump gets convicted or loses. A few fringe folks will certainly be the idiots they always will be and, if they or anyone else breaks the law, punish them according to their crime. It’s not hard.

There will be a few you are right, but why is Trump implying that there will be violence along with Narvarro. Fear and Threat Tactic?

Interesting dynamic in the Repub Party right now. You have one part that is white supremacist but you have a number of ethnic Indians who are very active in the party plus Tim Scott running for President.

Now christian nationalists within the Party are objecting to Ramaswamy as a follower of strange gods. Remember the Indian Republican in Texas who won a party election but hard right conservatives said he shouldn't even be in the party. When in doubt, hate each other.

So what are you going to do if he actually wins the nomination? 10% of your party wouldn't support him.

Vivek Ramaswamy Is On the Rise. So Are Christian Nationalist Attacks on His Religion
