Cameron Champ has a pretty good reason for withdrawing from the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities, which he did Thursday morning before his scheduled afternoon tee time. Champ and his wife, Jessica Birdsong, welcomed their first child Sunday evening, a baby boy.

-16 with strokes gained on 14 of 18 holes, including 2 eagles. Hopefully some continued vindication this weekend for the last 2-3 weeks. Don't know if he can run it for 4 rounds, but Streelman is my C player and has climbed to the top. And Finau did his duty as an A player.

However, Bennett is -2 and Cole -1 so I do have a decent chance to limp into Saturday with only 2 players. Right now the cut line is sitting at -2.
