I never said I didn't like him actually I thought I said that I did. But it seems you may like him entirely too much.

Because I have the opposite opinion of naive or ignorant posters? I never said that “I really LIKE him”. I’ve pointed out that he’s an excellent coach. Which is accurate. TN has a great program right now. Probably the best it has ever been since Ray Mears. The NCAAT is a crapshoot.

We overachieved last year. We were a very popular first round upset pick and not only won that game but beat a Duke team that was favored to beat us and certainly picked to do so. Most years you would be correct though.

We definitely overachieved in the tourney considering how much we struggled to end the regular season. It wasn’t just that Duke was favored to beat us. They were a sexy FF pick for a lot of the talking heads.

I can’t disagree with alot of this.
But Barnes has Durant.
Pitino is just a better coach. Maybe he is a POS but we are taking bball, not church pastor.
