As hard as ya'll have been going after him since even before his inauguration I am certain all of these 'crimes' would have landed him in prison by now. Face it. You hate the man, and that hatred has clouded your vision and common sense to the extent that you can't see straight. You're not insinuating that everyone who has committed crimes is in jail......are you?
Trump has been the king of manipulaion, intimidation, and bribery (always at the expense of those less rich and powerful).......that's why it's so satisfying to see the tables finally turned.
Do top of the pyramid prosecutors normally lose their cases or have them overturned on appeal?
FACT SHEET: Jack Smith – A Record That Speaks for Itself
I don't "hate" Trump, but I certainly have the common sense to know he has no business anywhere near the White House. Same goes with Biden. I'm not certain it will happen, but I believe @hog88 has it pegged on ole Joe not serving another termAs hard as ya'll have been going after him since even before his inauguration I am certain all of these 'crimes' would have landed him in prison by now. As to the tables being turned.... LOL
I don’t agree with the second paragraph. Judge ultimately resolves disputes and sometimes may invent their own third way or screw up jury instructions or something, but prosecutor still has some fault when judge erroneously sides with them in a dispute. It’s not their job to convince the judge to give them an advantage, it’s their job to educate the judge on the law. Being overturned a lot doesn’t mean they are a poor prosecutor, but probably is a sign that they’re aggressive and may be evidence that they have a bad perspective on what their role is.Actually, yes they do, ocassionally. Just sit back and watch this one though.
Being overturned on appeal is more about things the judge did wrong.
Really going out on a limb with that one.I don't "hate" Trump, but I certainly have the common sense to know he has no business anywhere near the White House. Same goes with Biden. I'm not certain it will happen, but I believe @hog88 has it pegged on ole Joe not serving another term

World peace? You mean when Trump pulled us out of Syria? Or his talks with NK and his fascinating with Kim?Really going out on a limb with that one.
And yeah the secure border, world peace, low unemployment, and all that was certainly overrated under 45.
Trump was spot on with China.World peace? You mean when Trump pulled us out of Syria? Or his talks with NK and his fascinating with Kim?They tested a week later. Trump was also incompetent in his trade negotiations with China, treating it like a real estate deal.
Both economically and militarily, you must have no understanding of the lagging effect of policy positions. As old as you are, your opinions seem immature on policy matters. Inherently reactionary would be more accurate
Trump was spot on with China.
But Puddinhead Chamberlain has a much better policy.

Are you this delusional about everything in your life?Biden's China policy is much smarter than the gangster's. The gangster simply started a trade war that is not good for us, generally. Biden's policy of standing up to China in the South China Sea and working to starve China of the latest/cutting-edge semiconductor technology is a wise approach.
