if Tennessee was to receive commitments from five 3 star players this week, their composite average on 247 will drop dramatically ... but that doesn't mean that the rating of a previous commitment has dropped. It just means that the composite team average has dropped.

I think you should think of it another way. Let’s assume you earn 100,000 annually. In 2022, I came and stole 10,000 of your earnings.

In 2023, I took the same 10,000 as I did in 2022. And then came back and took 5,000 more.

Then I asked you to be thankful I didn’t take 20,000 this year.
