I did witness something at the Georgia -Tennessee game that I wish I had videotaped… A Georgia fan was talking trash to a Tennessee fan….. it started getting pretty heated until one of them noticed that one of them was wearing a Braves Hat…..They clasped hands…. Gave a quick mini hug and started laughing and joking around…. I was like…. WTH???

That, and the Braves discussion, sounds like a whole heap of damns given.

For clarity, I recently went to GA and had a wonderful time. I've vacationed at beaches in FL and SC, and had wonderful times. I've... well, AL is a sucking void. I'm not sure if there's been anything worth purposefully going there for... But you get the picture.


But alas, carrying around a passionate hate for people and places because of a college sport, seems like a bit of a deranged way for a grown man to process the world.

No one I knew at northwestern had a bad thing to say about Pat whether football or otherwise. Would be surprised if he really did know anything about this always seemed like a high character guy.

I’ll never understand Braves hate just because they’re in Georgia. Regionally, they’re the closest MLB team to the traditional SEC core, so most SEC fans are Braves fans, not just the leg humpers. It has zero affiliation with a rival team. It’s also in a destination city southerners over generations have visited, so there’s familiarity with Atlanta. No one has any argument with any validity to refute these facts. Just admit you hate the Braves for the real reasons and not based on baseless opinions. The map tells the real story, spatially.

This case shows that in 2023 and with all the people these schools employ a HC/AD has got to know almost everything about their program, especially if it is in their building…even more so if it’s in their team’s dressing room.

In this day and age, if no one is saying anything bad about you, you are an evil person. It means the public lynch mobs agree with you, or they're desperately afraid of you.

i.e. Pat is evil to the core.

Grier has always been the funniest to me...everything about whenever he walks around..."Oh, hey!"...to Carey turning back around to the camera.

The greatest thing about it though, is Foxx stays completely in character the whole time.
And, whenever he ducks down, next to the partition, right before Davidson walks around...that little thing makes me crack up every single time.

Just hard to imagine that so many of his team were doing something he wasn't aware of. If that's true, he should be fired anyway for setting up his program in such a way that this could happen for so long to so many people without any coaches finding out.

For those breaks, I am very thankful. For years, we saw other teams catch breaks in games and also our opponents catch breaks against us. It felt great to finally catch some breaks. The one major break that we really had during the Kiffin/Dooley/Butch years was the Dobbnail Boot.
