I sneak over to the pube err once in awhile to the Dog thread. Loved the story of Bell and just wanted to say I too hope your little girl has memories of her. I can't say I remember my first dog but I have a picture of me and him in a sandbox together and everytime I look at it I feel like I do remember taking the picture. If that makes sense.

Anyway, sorry for the loss.

Thanks, Behr. Cried like a baby yesterday. I guess I was lucky in that she decided she was ready the day before I had to go out of town. Would’ve killed me to be away and the wife and kiddo to go through it alone.

The couple that came over with blueberries the other day wanted us to come by their house for veggie and some dinner after church. She had a whole 20+ lb turkey cooking, pre made slaw, macaroni, gravy, and homemade stuffing in the turkey. We got stuffed, not to mention the fruits and vegetables we came home with. She's getting me some blackberries soon, and going to make me some blackberry jam.
