When Biden incites an attack on the U.S. Capitol, please do alert us. When he calls up a foreign president and threatens to withhold
key foreign aid unless that foreign president gins up some fake scandal involving a political opponent--a true abuse of power, please do

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie got booed Friday at a Republican religious conference for telling the audience former President Donald Trump 'let us down,' lacks 'character' and 'makes our country smaller.'

Christie, who's taking on Trump for the GOP nomination, riled up the crowd on Friday at the Faith & Freedom Coalition's Road to Majority Conference, which attracts an audience of Christian conservatives.

Mike Pence called for all 2024 Republican candidates to support a 15-week nationwide abortion ban and called for a 'different leadership' from Trump before Christie took the stage.

Christie started his speech by saying he planned to talk about 'character' before hammering the former commander-in-chief about halfway through - prompting boos and cheers of 'we love Trump!' from the crowd.

After continually hearing clips of Trump's comments on other Republican candidates I am finding it hard to say I would vote for the guy if he wins the Republican primary. The guys plan for 2024...well he doesn't have one. All he talks about is nonsense. He should be focusing on the disaster we have in the Oval office. Instead he is name calling others. What should seem like an easy victory for Republicans in 2024, Trump appears he will lead Republicans to an L if he is on the ballot. I hate to say it but I call it like I see it.

While I still think he is being politically persecuted, I think there is a limited ceiling with the way he is presenting himself.

I've lived in cities all my life--including big ones--and it's a far better experience than living in freaking rural or suburban America, where there is....little or nothing, except chain restaurants in strip malls. Cities tend to have large low-income populations, which affect the politics and who gets elected to run the cities. Well-educated Dems who live in cities have trouble getting elected to run cities, for demographic reasons, and that can be a problem.

Compare our cities with those in the rest of the 'developed', and a lot of the developing, world and tell us they aren't failing. Filth and high crime are not signs of success.
