Yup! These days I primarily do I&C stuff like verifying the compatibility of large control system replacements in various industrial applications, designing instrumentation and control loops (4-20mA), RTD cross-calibration calculations, programming QNX based digital controllers, etc.

You have to appreciate the engineering sense of humor. It's bent just a little ... I bought a Schiit Fulla headphone amp which connects by USB to the computer. Schiit likes to use Norse god and goddess names for products; and, yep, there is a Loki; and I have a Magni Heresy headphone amp. My Fulla shows up on the computer as "I'm Fulla Schiit". They like to include things like this in product manuals ... and BTW their Schiit is really good equipment. Sometimes I do feel like it might be tempting fate when connecting the Magni Heresy to the Cambridge DacMagic.

My buddy/boss is a prolific drinker so we can have drinks if youd like bro
He just bought us a pair of tix in section 214 so we are there. I will be driving us up there and probably grabbing a cheapish hotel at the airport since my mom lives in Alcoa...will be close to TBA and her house so i can pop in and see her for a few before we head back east...i am sure @kiddiedoc is going also...he is a big TOOL fan like us.

Hell yeah! I'll probably pass on the concert. Not a huge fan of their newer material (they played a LOT of it when I saw them a few years back in Cincy) but I'm 100% down to grab a beer after the show.

that whole getting old thing is catching up to me.

This weekend I jack up my back doing yard work.

This morning doctor says no alcohol for two weeks.
and also we still don't really know what's wrong with you, but we are going to charge you full price anyway.
and I should keep taking this medicine that we don't think is doing anything for you, and you should go pay to get your prescription refilled.
