Trumps team on Twitter keeps embarrassing themselves. Jack Posobiec, specifically. They are trying the smear tactic but it's partial or way off.

I don't think this helps trump at all. The comments are littered with people calling it out. Since 2020, the guy has taken the wrong approach to winning. Imo.

Obviously a small sample. Just people that follow Clay Travis on Twitter. Not sure if you can vote more than once. Just surprised I guess.

I think your right. It is a turnoff, even for ones who voted for him twice. The Republican party is at an inflection point and so is this country. We have got to get this leftist administration out of office or we can only imagine what this country looks like in 6 years.

We can't have a Republican playing democrat games. This is not 2016. That is why Trump won't get my vote in the primary. He is probably the only one I've almost ruled out. He will have to make a dramatic shift in personality along with his team. This type of behavior distracts from how bad Biden and the democrats are. He seems to be the only one using that old playback.

Agreed. If he uses the same strategy as 2016, he will lose again and so will the republicans for being dumb enough to get duped by it. I'd say he needs to stop but he's been on this really dumb strategy of 2016 and stolen election so I don't think he will. It won't get the ones on the fence.

And folks can spare me the "people have their opinion of trump". Yes they do but when compared to the last few years, there was room to convince. If he doesn't focus on that, he lets the democrats campaign from home again and win.

Exactly he is the one candidate the democrats will run Joe from the basement and let Trump self implode. He has had a chance to show a different side to solidify those independents but he keeps talking about persecution. While I agree but, he has to appear to be looking forward while he works hard to fix this broken, corrupt system behind the scenes. He can only do that from the oval office which he would risk losing again to a decrepit candidate.

I would find it hard to believe that the democrats would re-elect Biden knowing that the economy is in a tailspin, world relations are in a tailspin and their pockets are lighter than they were before Biden took over. Finances usually take precedence over politics.

You give the democrats too much credit on the “what’s good for the country or the economy” thinking. If they think running Biden is the likeliest way to hold on to power they will do so.

What "broken, corrupt" system are you referring to? You mean the voting system that is broken when Dems are elected but fine when Republicans are?
That system? Ha, ha. Independents will never vote for trump--a deeply corrupt gangster and all-around vile human-being who is going to face additional indictments---and most will not vote for his fellow fascist in waiting, little Ronnie DeSantis, the vindictive bully who wears lifts.
