Depends on definition of solid vet. Id take my chances with Kopech over Tommy Milone or Drew Smyly.
Now Lynn I would take a gamble on, Cobb has decent stuff, Eduardo Rodriguez is interesting, but that contract isnt great.

Rodriguez has an opt out at the end of the year. If he pitches great, he might opt out. If not, you just replace his AAV with Chuck

Hes a talent. I'd rather have him than not if he doesn't go to the league. Not our fault forcing him to be a square peg in a round hole killed all his confidence.

For his size and position rebound, he's a solid defender, and as long as he didn't get stripped he did well getting in the paint.

There's a reason Barnes only has one FF. Losing guys like Phillips is why.
