FBI file Links Joe Biden to ‘criminal scheme’ per whistleblower — Comer subpoenas

WASHINGTON — In a stunning development, the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed the FBI Wednesday for a file that a whistleblower said links President Biden to a “criminal scheme” featuring “money for policy decisions” during his vice presidency.

“We have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures,” Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Senate Budget Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray.

“Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

Well that's going nowhere - just like election challenges and most other claims having to do with fraudulent government acts. Apparently the rule today is that if you want to attack any part of government, allegations and even witnesses of wrongdoing won't do the job. Now you have to have proof (like the documentary evidence that you'd have to steal and hold illegally) so the court will take the case and give you the opportunity to prove something wrong occurred ... if you could get around the rules of evidence to obtain the evidence that you can't legally hold or really even know about. Imagine if this rule applied to a NY DA or just any DA for that matter. If it was all proven and wrapped up before a trial, couldn't we just resort to "give 'em a fair trial, and hang 'em"?

Joe and company are as safe as Dominion. Most top Mafia types just got nailed for mundane stuff like mail fraud, jury tampering, and tax evasion. They didn't have the government running interference and hiding their sins either, and the FBI was on the other side in their case.

Time will tell. I think almost everyone is getting fed up w/Joe Biden & his stupidity of leading the country in the wrong direction & wants to do something to put an end to this horrible nightmare he has this country in right now. Title 42 ends pretty soon & then all hell will break loose w/most americans & the illegal immigrant problem. We can't sustain all these people flooding into the country. Mayor Adams of NYC is crying uncle really hard now to stop w/the bussing of migrants to NYC.

I just think all of DC is scared chitless of what happens when the first major politician is found to have been guilty of what makes so many of them millions. It's literally the first breach in the dam, and the rest know their time will come unless they can prevent it. Most of the cases that have brought down politicians (at least as I recall) haven't been about their use of position for financial gain. How do you preserve the institution when you take the first step in proving it's rotten to the core? How do you prevent the ensuing anarchy? The stuff Joe McCarthy started would be child's play, and it wasn't even aimed primarily at politicians.

Seems like LG was saying that Trump should spend at least a year in jail, but without stating what the legal basis for it should be.
