Even if you want to just talk about the 2020 election ... you can't ignore how independent voters in states such as Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona and Nevada voted against Trump in 2020 - and that's exactly what it was - they weren't voting for for Biden; they were voting against Trump. It his just being inferred that they lost because of Trump endorsement and he wasn't even on the ticket. I call it BS.
Still negates that a heavily hated Biden with a piss poor record will be on the ticket.

Donald Trump .... 41%
Joe Biden ............ 54%
... and you think that would hurt his chances of winning re-election? LOL!Looks like ole Biden will have an impeachment during his reelection.
You Dems hated Trump because of his character, whilst ignoring a corrupt lying POS in the office today. Amazing.
Or the real truth..all about party and power.
We have had this conversation before ...In Poles right now..Trump is leading Biden

It depends on which poll you are referring to. The biased-as-hell Rasmussen Reports has Trump with a 7 point lead - but even the most ardent Trump supporters know that is not realistic, and it skewers the Real Clear Politics Average.

It will be another close contest, as they suggest. We are too tribal for anything else ... but independent voters in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin have turned against, not just Trump, but the Republican Party in general in statewide elections. Those are the voters who will decide the 2024 election.

I would point to the landslide victory by a liberal Judge for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court as the most recent proof of what I've been saying. Abortion bans are hurting Republicans, and they aren't taking heed of that. It has already cost them. Elections > Polls.
