Exclusive – Vivek Ramaswamy Rips ‘Small Stick Ron DeSantis’ over Responses to Trump Indictment: ‘Shameful’

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire – Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy torched Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) while speaking exclusively with Breitbart News on Friday, calling him “a sheep in wolf’s clothing” who had a “fundamentally uncourageous” response to the news of former President Donald Trump’s then-impending indictment.

Arming teachers shows how insane and uncivilized the gun crowd/NRA/right wing is. I ask you: Who doesn't like a high-school librarian or French teacher who is packing heat?! I only trust math teachers who have assault rifles on their desks. Apparently, their ideal is for every American to walk the streets with a gun--everyone eyeing everyone else suspiciously as he walks down the street. "Wait: did he move his arm toward his sidearm?" Pow, pow-pow, pow-pow-pow!!!! And then a cart pulls up, throws the bodies in the back and moves off to the next shooting scene. Back to the Wild West days of the 1860s! Trade in your trucks and buy horses. Women washing clothes in the river. Join a posse. Amble into a saloon and order a whiskey--but keep an eye on that hornery looking horse thief to your right. Ah, I miss those days....

Shots fired! DeSantis attack ad calling Trump a 'COWARD' on gun control dropped RIGHT before former President's NRA speech - and warned he 'doesn't deserve a second chance'

  • Never Back Down super PAC, which supports Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, released an ad attacking former President Trump as a 'gun-grabber'
There's no love lost between Donald Trump and Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis whose super PAC, Never Back Down, dropped a campaign ad calling Trump a 'coward' when it came gun control - just moments before the former president addressed the NRA in a speech.

The ad calls Trump a 'gun-grabber' who has attacked the National Rifle Association.

Both Trump and DeSantis both spoke at the NRA-ILA Leadership Forum along with a host of other Republican leaders - although Trump appeared in person in Indiana while DeSantis appeared by video.

The damaging ad accuses Trump of aligning with anti-gun Democrats, naming President Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi.

It opens up with an archive clip of Trump speaking at an earlier NRA event with the narrator stating: 'Trump promised NRA members he'd have their back. But when Second Amendment rights came under attack, Trump abandoned us and stood with liberal Democrats.'

I remember the shrieking liberals saying this about hand gun carry permits in this state over 20 years ago. They, of course, were wrong....just like they always are on gun rights.

Mass shooters attack soft targets so they can do as much damage as possible before they are eliminated by themselves, law enforcement, or are captured. You don't see mass shooters target gun shows or police stations. Gee.....I wonder why??? Arming teachers and adding security officers armed with AR15's and shotguns would drastically harden these targets and make them much less appealing for mass shooters. Adding bullet proof entrance boxes that lock when a weapon is detected, trapping the potential shooter inside would also be a nice step. Try thinking with your mind and not your emotions for once.

We're supposed to be a civilized nation--not an uncivilized nation. The notion that, oh, everyone will be safe if we turn every public place into an armed fortress, and if every American walked around with a gun, is insane. I don't want to walk around with a gun so that I can pretend to feel protected from all the idiots roaming around with guns--and so that crazy gun owners can get their neighborhood sheriff-wannabe kicks. And millions of other Americans feel the same way. It's stupid.

You think schools are the only place where mass shootings occur? You're not paying attention. They happen EVERYWHERE--schools, malls, clubs, offices, private parties, etc. We had a mass shooting at a bank last week. (We're focused a lot on school shooting because young kids are getting murdered.) EVERY place is a "soft target" when somebody has got an assault rifle or any kind of weapon. Do you think that a mentally troubled person with an assault rifle couldn't walk into a grocery store or a car wash and not kill 10 people in a minute or two? Easily done--and is done. We have mass shootings EVERY freakin'day. Three college football players murdered on their bus a few months ago. If only the bus driver was controlling the wheel with one hand and waving HIS assault rifle around with the other, it wouldn't have happened. Please. So, yea, you're basically saying, "Damn, if /everyone/ had a gun and we had not one but 3 or 5 armed, well-trained people at EVERY public place in America, well, maybe there wouldn't be so many shootings. That's idiocy. It's not the kind of society a /majority/ of Americans want to live in---or should live in. It's not 1850 any more---even if the gun crazies would like it to be.

Here are two of the latest "responsible, law-abiding gun owners" in America....

Yes Karen, that's what I am saying. There would be less mass shootings then. See the Texas Church shooting that got stopped almost immediately by an armed guard. He capped that dude in the head in about 2 seconds. Great shot too. Others in the congregation started pulling out their pistols as well. That guy would have never gotten far. A mass shooter in an Indiana mall was shot by an armed citizen just a few months ago. Would it have been better had the citizen that saved countless lives not been armed? Gun free zones are killing zones for loons. I had my concealed Glock 43 with me in church this morning myself. Hardened targets, not matter what the target is, are harder to hit. Do you see mass shootings in court houses? Negative......why? Answer: It's a hard target.

Trump Raises More Than $34 Million for his White House campaign since start of the year as his indictment gives him HUGE boost in donations

Donald Trump raised more than $34 million for his 2024 White House run since the start of the year and saw a spike in donations after his indictment on March 30th.

The former president raised $15.4 million of that money in the two weeks after charges were filed against him, his campaign told CNN, arguing it showed how much his supporters have rallied around Trump.

He then received 312,564 donations in the two weeks after charges were filed with the average donation totaling roughly $49.

In comparison, Nikki Haley, one of few other announced candidates in the GOP presidential race, announced she raised more than $11 million between her Feb. 15 campaign launch and the end of the first quarter. Haley has $7.8 million on hand.

But her actual filings with the Federal Election Commission told a different story.

They show that her campaign appears to have double-counted money it moved among various committees, which means it dramatically overstated its haul.

Ah yes. Calling people “Karen” and “shrieking liberals”, and talking about taking guns to church. Quite the role model, aren’t you?

Better file felony for election accounting fraud.

Is there something wrong with taking a gun to church? What other constitutional guarantees do you hate? You aren't a role model at all if you don't like people being able to exercise their rights. You are a scumbag.
