It wasn't that I didn't want to wear white, I didn't own any white UT gear. Wife went every where ( she wasn't going west, or to campus) no white anywhere. I ended up wearing a white button down dress shirt.

Magic (Admiral Schofield) are terribly bad. 3rd from last in East.

Grizzlies (Kennedy Chandler) are 2nd in West.

Just made it home from the game. What a performance. We won in spite of some really questionable officiating and down 2 of our best players. Any win over Alabama is sweet.

I tried to post from the game but no time and internet was weak. I only have a second because I'm on my way to UT hospital to get fluids. That was the hardest I've coached ever. This double duty between the lady vols and now the men's team is really taking its toll. No thanks necessary.

I had a lot of fun at that game. We brought it tonight. The refs gave Bama their chances, but it wasn't enough. I think this team is better without JJJ and Phillips. Those two don't have the killer instincts out there. If anything they should come off the bench. The starting lineup tonight brought it, especially Aidoo. He's our anchor defensively. I really enjoyed that swat near the rim to half court in the 2nd half.

Aidoo simply dominated that game. He was far and away the most impactful player on the court. I felt like the guards looked more natural tonight too.

I hope they smoked cigars in the locker room as they did in football and blowing that smoke at the bama team buses. BasketVols beat that margin of 52-49. Let the cloud of smoke follow them all the way back.
