My wife used to make a fried egg sammich on toast with American cheese and mayo. I could never get on board with that personally, but she loved em. She hasn't made one for herself in a while though.

When me and my Grandpa would go fishing he would pick me up at 4am with a fried egg and cheese sandwich my meemaw made for us. Good times! No Mayo!

I prefer fried bologna, egg, cheese on toast. But the egg can’t be runny.

Born and raised right here in East TN & the sandwich I can’t get behind is the tomato & Mayo on white bread.

I add a little hot sauce and use Colby jack cheese. Love these sandwiches. Both my kids love them too and still make them regularly.

Blend a bit of Hoff's hot sauce into the mayo... Oh ya.
