Those are strong factual reasons that can’t seriously be criticized as flimsy or inane.

They did, and it’s not some laughable what I told you is true from a certain point of view Ben Kenobi reasoning.

It’s the unbreakable loophole much like a person finding the loophole for no elaboration on draw a gun which is ambiguous, don’t play a certain song which a person could still sing the song, etc.
