I did “hand with reflecting sphere” in high school, only it was a reflecting football.
My art teacher entered it in numerous art shows.
Not trying to toot my own horn, but I was quite the artist in my youth.

Every player (women & men) while under the goal when fed the ball have to dribble the ball B4 going up to put it in the basket. It gives the opponent time to slap your hand off the ball.
I'm sure the coaches have told them this thousands of times but in a game they forget.
