At this stage you know that most of the surprises have to have happened. I wanted to go with the US through the quarters, but I just couldn't take them over Argentina. Croatia is a kind of gut pick for me. They have the experience from 4 years ago. Germany and Belgium not getting bout of the group stage is my biggest surprise.
