Switching it up some this week from the ribeyes or brisket but still firing up the camp chef, 3 pork tenderloins one bacon wrapped and stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños,one seasoned with 2 rubs and injected with Cajun and butter, and one traditional. Mixing up some Cajun slaw as well and some cast iron skillet fried smash potatoes cooked in bacon fat. Also preparing some smoked manhattans and punch for the guest. Pull out the projector and start the games around 1 getting ready for the big one around 7 GBO.
