Still waiting for a verifiable qoute from Fulmer saying he hired Kellie out of convenience and as the path of least resistance and didn't try to find the best coach. After all, that's what's being claimed that he said.

They should use that play though it works to get the three in the corner. The drive and kick is the way to get open threes. Our players once they start a drive will go through a herd of buffaloes in order to shoot it. None seem to have the instinct to throw it out for a three. Key getting a touch draws a crowd as well and she isn't throwing it out for the three very often. Like your saying our reluctance to try and set players up for a three is virtually non-existent.

That’s great and all, if we are going back to 50 years ago Pat then it’s a struggle. Pat built the legacy (before Kellie was born) to not go back to when Tennessee was struggling. Pat also drove the bus and did the laundry. Pat did the hard work so the after getting 8 titles we don’t lower the standard. Kellie is struggling in recruiting not sure we need her handling laundry and driving the bus too.

In March, I watched them warm up prior to the SEC Tournament in Nashville. Even with no one guarding them, they really didn't shoot the 3 ball very well. A woman has to know her limitations. Of course, that is an arena and doesn't have a great shooting background.

Admittedly, we have a bunch of new faces now.

True, although there has been some good will established over the past three seasons. And if her final season at Mo State had finished like it began, she would never have been considered here. Thankfully, her Mo State team wasn't quitters and they went to the Sweet Sixteen and only lost to Stanford by nine points despite losing one of their best players late in the season.
