Bama refs

That non targeting call killed our momentum on that drive. We were def still in the game and within a touchdown or less. And there were other multiple bad calls in that game and don’t even get me started on the 2019 game.

Which non-targeting call was that? The only one I remember anyone complaining about was in the 1st quarter and UT scored a few plays later. Not sure how that killed UT's momentum.

Between the refs and Gary DanielSUCK, I will definitely double up on my BP meds...
I wish we could get Daniels blocked out of Knoxville. I’d think if the viewers don’t like listening to him it would matter to his employer, but when the games only on one channel they can roll out whoever they want I guess.

Don't forget it'll be the same way (refs) when we are playing the GA bulldogs too.
The SEC elites wants to be sure those two play each other every year for the SEC Champion.
Call me.a conspiracy nut if you want but in my book you nailed it, money matters to the SEC head office.

Stats to make you optimistic that Texas A&M can beat Alabama

Penalties
Would it surprise you to learn that Alabama is the most penalized team in the SEC? They committed 15 penalties for 100 yards in their win over Texas, and added 10 more for 101 yards against Arkansas last Saturday. For the season, the Tide are the most penalized team in the SEC, averaging 8.6 flags per game.
Obviously they’ve managed to overcome this in all of their games up until now. But if these penalties continue, and happen at opportune times (negating a big Bama play or extending an A&M drive), they could be a part of the path to A&M staying in this game.
In your synopsis a 5 yd false start is equal to a 15 yd face mask. And may be only a fraction of penalties committed. And it matters when they occur. They can be meh or drive/score killers.

Again we got freaking dominated in the end. Our defense was gassed. In the end talent and depth took over. Not the refs. 2019? Yeah the refs caused us to lose by 3 TDs. Like I said stop wit the excuses. Does Bama get calls? Sure they do. Heck we got a few against LSU. Guess our win was because of refs right?

I guess the main reason Bama is the most dominant football franchise of all time is because of refs. It’s got nothing to do with Saban being the unquestioned GOAT. It’s got nothing to do with him being the best developer of talent. It’s got nothing to do with their talent or their ability to game plan against their opponents. Nah. It’s just refs.

So if we lose this Saturday, the only reason will be because of refs. I can see it now in the game thread. I see it every single week against every team. Oh they are holding, or oh that’s a PI or oh it looks like the refs want us to lose.

I just hope it's not the same crew that called the SC/KY game last night. By all means I'm no Kentucky fan, but that was one of the worst called games I've seen in a long time.

Of course, the last play of the A&M game the Bama defender had his left arm draped all over the A&M receiver's back. I don't know what pass interference is any more, but the analysts say that is supposed to draw a flag every time.

Yeah we should just let VN choose the refs for every TN game. 🙄🙄

Just stop it already. You are putting in pre made excuses. Some of you sound ridiculous. It seems like every time Bama wins a game , some TN fans HAS to bring up the refs. Oh I forgot about that targeting call last year. Tell me, did that one play cause us to lose by 4 TDs? Yeah I am sure it did.

So has every one of our wins the result of refs? Of course not right? It’s because we out played our opponents right? Hate to tell you but GREAT teams finds ways to win. So if you want to keep your pre made excuses ready? Have at it. It looks lazy and dumb imo.
The above excuses won't be anything compared to bummer crying if yound doesn't play and turd gets beat by tenn. Then you will see some crying and complaining.

Hooker found the knocked out teeth momentarily distracting. 😆

Can it be proven otherwise? Have you seen any other SEC teams in the playoff since it started ?
LSU. And looking at the records of SEC teams, only 1 team finished with fewer than 3 losses (not counting 2020, where A&M could've been in if they didn't have a no contest against Ole Miss) and that was 2019 Florida. No one was even close to being good enough except Bama and Georgia.

They'll definitely bring their refs with them. Turn a blind eye to all the holding on the back end like usual. Just part of playing the chosen ones these days.

Maybe it will begin to matter that the world is watching Saturday.

I agree, but it won't be this Saturday. Dumbelson is not going to say anything bad about Bama or Saban. I will have the TV on mute Saturday.

Someday some announcer is going to be straight up and say, "I just have to question the officiating in this game.
