Correct but the MAGA energy won’t , it will shift to someone like Desantis . Just as long as they don’t drag out some entrenched 80 year old lifer , the MAGA Is a concept not a person . Populist thrive on finding those devalued concepts that voters are grumbling about .

Ultimately progressive vitriol is not about Trump. It just became about Trump when he won. People tend to have short memories. The "national regime media", as Desantis has coined had Trump on every show they could book when they thought he was ruining Republicans chances at the White House going against the establishment. Ultimately they accused him of everything they would've accused a milquetoast candidate like Jeb Bush of being. The progressive democrat party has grown more desperate each cycle to crumble American liberty and replace it with tyranny.

Yep everything they accused Trump of being is just the standard accusation and political talking point that the left issues on every R candidate. They just went all in on Trump , completely selling out to try and break that “ “ glass ceiling “with Hills because .. it was her turn .

Also, Trump was a regular civilian and business man. These people knew every trick in the book to use against him that career politicians were familiar with and they were pissed he's strong enough mentally to fight against them unlike McCain, Romney, etc. Boy the Republicans have chosen some bad candidates.
