And that doesn't even scratch the surface, because there is a LONG list of famous pro football and basketball players who love Tennessee and the Vols (Witten, Berry, Wilson, Schofield, Parker, etc), nor the even longer list of country music artists who are equally rabid for our lads. I included Peyton and Chesney in the photo montage to represent all those others.
No shortage of famous Vols fans.
Go Vols!
I think we’re pretty good at flying under the radar under Heupel. He’s a pretty straight forward, get to work kind of guy. This is definitely a distraction, we’ll see how he manages these guys this week.He doesn't need this distraction right now. Napier needs this game like a man wondering through the desert needs a drink of water.
Dude. If our head coach is worried about Gameday being in town for this game, then we picked the wrong guy. Heupel and Co couldn't care less about all that, except for a little pub for recruiting. Them being there means nothing to the team. It’s all about fans. Nothing more. Now Botch Jones would be worried about this, but not Heupel. He doesn't need this distraction right now. Napier needs this game like a man wondering through the desert needs a drink of water.
Ok if Samuel L. Jackson is truly a UT fan then he is option A. Period. Would far rather have his old dude badass swagger associated with the Vols than Morgan Wallen and his mullet.Wut?

Candace would be a good choice.Manning won’t do it because he risks trudging up the fact that he never beat UF. ESPN won’t go the politician route which takes out Jacobs. Unfortunately Grant and Admiral aren’t big enough names in the NBA.
My top four candidates are Candace Parker, Vitello, Johnny Knoxville and Kenny Chesney. Here’s to hoping it’s not Chesney.
Al Wilson is a dark horse since he was recently inducted into the college football hall of fame.
