Just a heads up for everyone coming to Baton Rouge in a few weeks, parking passes and tickets go on sale to the general public at 11 yalls time tomorrow at LSUtix.net, 407 is the lot I recommend most if its available, you can take a right onto river road and avoid more traffic and get back to Baton Rouge and the interstate faster that way.
ETA: if you are buying upper deck tickets today then I would try to get west upper deck, that way the sun isnt roasting you if its a day game

Thanks.

Any idea what the parking passes will cost?

My brother in law and I are going. He got us tickets from a friend who lives in Lake Charles. I’m flying to Nola from Chicago and he’s driving from Chattanooga.

I’m really wanting to go to this game I hope I can get tickets

It looks like there is going to only be upper deck tickets available, Keep an eye on the ticket exchange board on Tigerdroppings, or create an account and make a post saying you are looking

The band and team coming down the hill between the PMAC and Tiger Stadium is always good to see, you can stand on the ramp of the PMAC if you dont care to be in the crowd of fans and see all the action. Go check out Mike the Tigers habitat but you will need to go on Friday or be out there earlier in the day on Saturday because sometimes closer to gametime he will go back in his house. Walk-On’s is a good place to eat but is busy on gameday, go to Jerry Lee’s on Greenwell Springs rd and get the best boudin around. I was planning on hosting a tailgate but my little girl has a pee wee game she is cheering at that morning so I probably wont do the tailgate anymore

Is this the same Lake Charles that is home to the famous Cadillac Ranch?

There are no gators in the Lake Charles I am talking about. Got it now. You’re talking Louisiana.

The poster I responded to says he’s flying in from Chicago and has “Illinois” in his user name. There is also a Lake Charles, IL, which I had assumed he was referring to because it’s in Illinois.

But now I see…it makes mite sense he was talking about Louisiana.

We lived in South Lake Charles 2005-2011..Lake Street in the house 😂 go to Delicious Donuts and Nina P’s for me.. my hubby is from Jennings 😂 we still know a ton of people there..
I moved away as a kid and came back for a little bit as a teen. I'm in KY now but spent a lot of time just outside of Knoxville. I do miss going to boudin shops and stuff like that though. lol I still have some relatives that play the local music scenes down there. If you gone dancing there you might know them.

EDIT LA sorry. lol I thought @DC_Vol was talking about Lake Charles LA given the nature of the thread. lol
