I'm sure they continue to assess the situation and will outright cheat openly if they have to. One has to believe that's why they are still doing speeches about it. They need to silence the remaining doubters in order to easily do it again.

Said every election and every bit as ridiculous as always. Voting for a **** candidate is a wasted vote. If you want someone to support your tribe then present better options

This should be the easiest time in the history of the Libertarian party to get their act together and get in front of people and get their message out yet you still hear next to nothing different on level of messaging and campaigning.

Clearly you can do what you want to do, but you may as well stay at home. I've not thought this before until the 2020 election. Heck I used to vote Democrat.

Do you not have any grave concerns that we've entered a new phase of trying to dismantle our constitutional republic and outright open abuse?

I have grave concerns over both tribes. They're only concerned with winning and not making things better. Voting for either party is a wasted vote imo

I'm not staying home, I'm voting for the candidate I think would do the best job. Not some reheated meatloaf you're selling as fine dining

Go ahead. Stick to your guns. Someone has to win. Your vote can disappear on principle and you can feel good about it. It's your vote. I would be open to a 3rd party. Let's face it though. You're a moderate democrats dream. They talk about a 3rd party candidate to but in the moment they vote Democrat the same wat China sells the UN the dream they plan to reduce emissions. Guess who has bought into reducing emissions and who hasn't?

We've reduced emissions by transferring our factories to China. Easier to reduce when you don't make anything

You're a major party dream. You vote for the letter and not the policy. You don't care what lowlife is running as long d you can point and laugh at the losing side. That's all modern politics has become and you fit right into it

That is not how I've voted otherwise I would've kept voting democrat which I'm still registered as. I declared myself as an independent with the intention of voting for either party as the democrats started to shift more left. It ended up helping me with a fresh perspective that the democrat policies hurt people more than it helped. Their ultimate goal was an ideology bigger than the nickel and dimes they offered minority communities. These people were pawns and never meant to totally exceed their social classes, crime, etc en masse. At its basic level, they actually think minorities are less than and need to be thought of as graded with a curve which perpetuates a victim mentality.

Nothing you espouse on this forum matches a dem platform seen in your lifetime. People who "switch" tend to be some of the worst since they fight so hard to pass the purity test.

I would argue people who voted the same way their entire life are less likely interested in another point of view. Many conservatives start off as young democrats before they learn better. Your vote for the libertarian can be seen as a vote with a utopian view that at the end of the day you can feel good you stuck it to both parties. If there was a legitimate 3rd party then I would be in the same boat as you especially if I didn't care. For me, right now my vote is too critical to play the sideline game.
