I know they get more AB’s as they move up in the lineup, but I really liked having Grissom and Harris at 8 & 9 in front of Acuna and Swanson. That was a bunch of speed back to back to back to back in front of Riley,Olson, TAD, Contreras.

He’s going to find out real fast that the Saban/Belichick routine only works if you’ve got some capital built up. For LSU fans, those Notre Dame wins might as well have been at a community college.

His only saving grace is that buyout. If fired, he gets 90% of whatever is left on the deal. His leash would otherwise be incredibly short. Hell, they only gave O 2 years after going 15-0 and that dude is the perfect human encapsulation of LSU football/Cajun culture. He couldn't have been "one of them" more than he was.
