I have no idea if Trump will be indicted or not, but if he is, I suspect it will come first regarding the Georgia election, not this document thing.

Were they suicides or Clinton-cides? I've always wondered with so many, if these officers saw something or knew something that might have prevented the 1/6 hearings. I just struggle to fathom why 5 people would kill themselves so soon after the event. Our soldiers often take decades for the PTSD to overtake them, and we don't hear of police officers involved in the summer of 2020 events killing themselves under similar situation.

“A right wing comedy of errors”. Can’t help but to laugh at that one while the left wing comedy of errors is currently in the White House.

I’ve always thought that the term “left” is just another way to say “A lack of common sense”. Post like this confirm my opinion when anyone from the left would have the audacity to make such a claim at this time while your boy is currently in the process of destroying this country. And doing a masterful job btw.

You know the GA case is going nowhere because Lindsey Graham is involved. He is one of theirs.

Well this is interesting Old case over audio tapes in Bill Clinton's sock drawer could impact Mar-a-Lago search dispute

The judge noted a president could destroy any record he wanted during his tenure and his only responsibility was to inform the Archives.

As to whether records a president concluded were personal can be forcibly seized after he leaves office, the court concluded it was unreasonable to force NARA to go get the tapes

"Because the audiotapes are not physically in the government's possession, defendant submits that it would be required to seize them directly from President Clinton in order to assume custody and control over them," Jackson noted. "Defendant considers this to be an 'extraordinary request' that is unfounded, contrary to the PRA's express terms, and contrary to traditional principles of administrative law. The Court agrees."
