The Rod Wilks thread (merged)

I hope you can fix this issue. My kids are too young to meet a demise now. I am sure after he knocks you off for the embarassment he is going to quickly come after those who were among the only visitors to his Wilksipedia sight and do away with us and our families so no one is left to speak of the crime against Rod.

Trust me. Rod Wilks will not be silenced. I'm one of the editors of the CFB project on Wikipedia.

It might be nice to give an explanation to why the jokes are what they are. Where someone this season, and you know it will happen, comes in here and says, "What's all this about Rod Wilks." We can reference them to the Wiki.

So you want me to tell the story of how the Rod Wilks jokes came to be.

So, here's the criteria that you must meet to be on Wikipedia as an athlete

* People who have competed at the fully professional level of a sport, or a competition of equivalent standing in a non-league sport such as swimming, golf or tennis.[9]
* People who have competed at the highest amateur level of a sport, usually considered to mean the Olympic Games or World Championships.

In this case, that means that Matt Barkley's Wiki meets the criteria for deletion. Rod Wilks has at least played at the highest amateur level(NCAA)

You know, I was thinking. VolNation needs it's own Wiki, like many other websites do. Maybe I can pester freak to start one.

Man, great job with the Wiki page! I'm new to this whole Rod Wilks thing, but I was seriously laughing so hard I couldn't breathe when I read, "Rod Wilks is the only man to shoot a hole in one during a football game." Great work!
