What’s the new Ticketmaster process?

Had to get into a queue at 8:30 last Thursday morning. I was in at 8:25, I got in exactly at 8:30 and they were pretty much already sold out. Nothing but singles left.

They opened them the day before to season pass holders and I guess they had bought them up already.
