I am frustrated. My patch test for contact dermatitis did not yield user friendly info. I now have 30+ printouts with 100s of plants, products, chemicals listed that I am supposed to research to see if I am using/exposed to any of them. Great. I asked the doc: Where the hell is poison ivy? Mind you, these are not food allergies. The biggie for me is Sesquiterpene Lactone mix. Among the 50 plants listed in this family is...lettuce. F it. This was supper:
