He actually played 82 games in 2021. He’s played 43 this season. Before his injury he only had 24 HR, 52 RBI, and 17 SB. If you extrapolate that over an entire season that’s 47 HR, 103 RBI, and 34 SB and he was well on his way to winning NL MVP.

A lot of these guys are aspiring to be, and most will be in the majors. They are going to have to get conditioned for an elongated season at some point.

Yes, and that typically comes in the minors. Helpful when you also aren’t juggling academics and can focus 100% on baseball.
